How It Works (30 sec)

1. Living instruction files – Packmind auto-updates Copilot copilot-instructions.md in each repo, scoped to team / service / domain.
2. Model Context Provider (MCP) – Copilot pulls your always-current decision repository via Packmind’s Model Context Provider and generates new practices autonomously.
3. CLI guard-rail – Copilot runs packmind scan; any rule break is auto-rewritten before the PR appears.
